Our motto is "We serve the global market". What we present is highly qualified metalic material which Japan is proud of, and machine and measuring devices overseas, mainly from Europe and the United States. What we would like to achieve through import and export of the items is to contribute to the development of other countries and that of Japanese industry.
In our mind we always bore a phrase "Personal responsibility for total customer satisfaction" as our norm, even before Customer Service was not common as it is today. C.S. which is vital to a company is pursued by each employee's individual responsibility. The phrase will be kept to be beard in each employee's mind.
