【Precision Medical Nitinol Tubes】

Ultra-Smooth Inner Surface Catheter Tubes: Advanced internal polishing achieves an inner surface roughness guaranteed at Ra ≤ 0.1 μm (reaching as smooth as 0.02 μm). This drastically reduces frictional resistance when passing micro-guidewires, implants, or fluids through the lumen.

Stent & Heart Valve Frame Tubes: Manufactured to strict ASTM F2633 standards with tight tolerances for roundness and wall concentricity. Ideal for laser-cutting self-expanding structural scaffolds used in TAVI/TAVR valve frames, peripheral vascular stents, and occluders.

High-Pushability & High-Rigidity Alloys: Advanced binary and ternary (Ni-Ti-Co) alloys providing up to three times the stiffness of standard Nitinol. Engineered with narrow stress hysteresis to prevent "whip" rotation and ensure maximum torque transmission in winding anatomy.
